Finance and Operations to Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations, Provident Music Group. Elrod will report to Hemmings and continue to oversee all aspects of finance and operations with added responsibilities in business affairs, IT and artist services, as well as Provident Distribution’s sales and warehouse operations.

Elrod holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University. He began
his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen LLP, formerly one of the nation’s five largest accounting firms. From 1999 to 2006 he was the Controller and Vice President of Finance
at PMG and from 2006 to 2009 he was Controller and Treasurer of the National Federation of Independent Business. Elrod returned to Provident in late 2009 as Vice President of Finance and Operations.
