The band has also announced their headline ‘Tricks and Games Tour’ in support of the album which will see the 4 piece take their beat laden melodic rock to a host of cities across the U.K in September. Before then, they’re headlining 2 festivals in the next 6 weeks, including Premier League soccer team Aston Villa’s kit launch festival on Sunday at Villa Park.

The album will feature both singles to date, ‘Circles’ & ‘Up All Night’, the videos for which has been/currently is (respectively) featured on music channels across the U.K and have received north of 125,000 YouTube views between them. As their popularity continues to spike, Taking Hayley are regularly selling out 200/300 capacity venues on headline shows in only their second full year as a band. This past year has also seen the band tour with internationally renowned acts such as The Summer Set & McFly.

The 4 piece formed in November 2010 taking influence from the likes of Paramore, All Time Low & You Me At Six, and wasted little time making an impression on the local music scene, juggling studio time and shows with tireless promotion across Birmingham. In December, Taking Hayley sold out their first ever headline show at the Sound Bar, and have since sold out the Birmingham o2 Academy 3, again on a headline show, a handsome feat at such an early stage in their young careers.

The past year has already seen Taking Hayley support a number of internationally acclaimed bands such as The Summer Set & McFly, and the band were soon gracing TV screens across the country, achieving Kerrang! As if that wasn’t enough, 2012 is only getting bigger, busier and more exciting for Levi, Alistair, Tom & Jay, with aforementioned debut album Tricks and Games released this summer. In the meantime Taking Hayley will be playing the Villa Park Festival on June 17th in support of the new Aston Villa FC kit launch and on July 29th they headline Cannock Fest 2012 on July 29th.
