Venezuelan bass-metal god Zardonic has released his long awaited ‘Far Beyond Bass – The Vulgar Remixes‘ through Big Riddim Recordings.

“Far Beyond Bass is the result of months and months of work from the minds of some of the best and personal favorite producers in the electronic music scene today. Most of them, I’ve always been a fan of,” says Zardonic of the album. “I still remember back in 2004 when Counterstrike, Black Sun Empire, Eye-D (The Outside Agency), State Of Mind, Delta 9 and all of them were like metal gods to a metalhead like me. I was barely starting to produce my first electronic beats, still getting out of the black metal mindset, and I saw them all playing the big shows in Europe with the shining eyes of a kid idolizing them. Now I’m working with them, sharing the decks with them, and swapping remixes and collaborations. So this album is pretty much a fucking dream come true. Angry Bears Reveal Studio Diary in Preparation for their Forthcoming EP Release

Connecticut pop-punkers Angry Bears have finished recording their forthcoming EP. The trio returned to the studio in February to record the follow up to 2012’s raw and energetic Stay Gold. Man Overboard front man Nik Bruzzese is producing the EP, which was recorded at Bruzzese’s Small Hill Studio in New Jersey. Angry Bears documented their time in the studio with a highly entertaining video diary, telling the story of the process behind the EP, Nik’s involvement and what you can expect from the trio in 2013.

After being named by Kerrang! as one of the “50 Greatest Rockstars In The World Today” and among Alternative Press’s ”100 Bands You Need to Know,” controversial industrial rocker Davey Suicide has announced a phenomenally divergent line-up for his “Hide Your Morals” 2013 summer headline tour with special guests The Bunny The Bear & The Defiled.

Says Davey Suicide of the tour “We’re stoked to be taking this show on the road. The circus is coming to town and we’re ready to kick everyone’s ass. Board ur windows, bring you wife and kids, and hide your morals.”

The Bunny The Bear will be touring in support their new Victory released album “Stories.”

After securing a Golden God for “Best British Newcomer” at last year’s Metal Hammer Awards, The Defiled will be making their way across the pond for their first ever US tour.

The Defiled also added “We are over the fucking moon to announce we are gong to be embarking on our first ever US tour with Davey Suicide. After years of sweating it out in the UK and Europe we can’t wait to be able to take what we do to the States.”

The tour kicks off Friday, July 19th at Rocky Point Cantina in Tempe, Arizona and works its way through the United States wrapping up on Tuesday, August 13th at The Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood, California.

It combined everything I love simultaneously; music production, singing, acting, performance, costume, makeup and set design, teamwork, working with so many wonderful musicians, artists and designers, and building a dystopian, paranormal, and conspiracy-theory laden environment with strong characters the audience can identify with…it was one of the most unbelievable life experiences I’ve ever had.
