Since 2003, A Day To Remember has been pushing the limits and creating a sound of their own. With each release McKinnon’s lyrics paired with everyone else’s amazing musical talents take you on a journey through the hate, aggression and other feelings this band has been through since day one. From being homesick to feeling like aliens you can always understand and feel the raw emotions put into their music as though it’s your own. This is no different with “What Separates Me From You”.

“What Separates Me From You” is A Day To Remember’s 4th studio album released on Victory Records. Since the release of All I Want, the hype for this CD has gone through the roof with YouTube fans creating covers within days. “I am fueled by all forms of failure. I paid the price so ill take what’s mine” are the kind words Jeremy greats you with upon listening to the CD’s first track Sticks & Bricks which Josh Woodard told us in a recent interview was his favorite track. With “my heart is filled with hate” leading into a break down, who wouldn’t love this track? Track after track this CD is just amazing and takes you through such a journey, its defiantly a must have. Another extremely appealing track is “2nd Sucks”, since its 45 second preview posted on YouTube this has been a fan favorite. With the famed words FIGHT from mortal combat, you know the next 2 minuets and 28 seconds of your life are about to be rocked.

This CD has to be heard to understand and believe. This is a must have and my favorite CD of 2010 hands down. I cant wait to hear this music live and I’m excited to see what A Day To Remember has to offer on their next CD.
